Interested in WIC?
For your first WIC appointment, you will need to bring identification for you and your child(ren), proof of residency and income, and your child’s immunization record.

Missouri WIC benefits are for the WIC participant only. It is illegal to sell, trade, donate or give away WIC foods, formula, breast pumps or WIC card.
