A safe and easy way to access your personal health information anytime, anywhere. Designed with your privacy in mind, the portal gives you convenient access to your health records in just a few clicks.
What Information can I access through the portal?
The MyHealth Portal gives you access to:
- View labs, immunizations, and other health records
- See upcoming appointments
- Get reminders
The MyHealth Portal is free and can be used on any device with internet access. You will need a link sent by TCHD to register and activate your MyHealth account. Didn’t receive a link? Call 417.334.4544 ext. 590 to get started.
Currently only adult records may be accessed through the MyHealth Portal.

Confidentiality: Medical and personal information are protected by the state and federal laws. You may access the MyHealth Portal via an assigned username and password. It is your responsibility to protect your username and password from unauthorized people, services, or organizations.
Risks: The medical information, personal information and communication channels in the MyHealth Portal are protected securely. However, it is important to be careful while using the portal. The patient should be sure that messages are sent to the correct email address. If you think your username and password are stolen, please notify Taney County Health Department immediately.
Needing your child’s immunization record?
Missouri residents can use Docket® to access personal and/or family immunization records on file with the Missouri Immunization Registry (ShowMeVax). To access your ShowMeVax record(s), you must have a valid phone number and/or email address on file with your ShowMeVax record. In addition, the name, date of birth, and legal sex you enter in Docket® must match your ShowMeVax record exactly.
