TCHD is seeking a part-time, non-exempt Administrative Clerk (32 hours per week). This position will primarily support our Clinical Division.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide customer service to the public in person and by phone
· Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
· Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
· Receive and process payments and applications
· Greet and assist clients
· Support daily operations across multiple program areas
Minimum Requirements
· High school diploma or GED required
· Previous public health or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
· Strong customer service skills
· Excellent computer proficiency
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Highly organized and able to multitask
