Community Engagement

We partner with several local coalitions, task forces, and work groups to help move projects forward to benefit our community.

Collaboration With Community Members

Collaboration with community members helps to fulfill our mission of creating a healthy and safe community for people to live, work, and play, today and in the future. At the Taney County Health Department, we’re passionate about being actively involved in our community. We deeply value our partnerships with Taney County businesses, nonprofit organizations, and dedicated community members.

We often work alongside local:

  • Coalitions
  • Task forces
  • Work groups

We believe collaboration with the community is essential to fulfilling our mission. By working together with local partners, we can make a greater impact. If you are a member or leader of a local organization, we would love the opportunity to get to know you and learn more about your work.

Call us at 417-334-4544 ext. 594 to learn more about the groups we work with or invite us to join a new initiative. Let’s work together to build a stronger, healthier community.
